We have many noted artists and photographers and it is important that their work be protected.

8. Software and other materials from this Site may also be subject to United States Export Control. The United Sates Export Control laws prohibit the export of certain technical data and software to certain territories. No software form this Site may be downloaded or exported (1) into (or a national or resident of) Cuba, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Pakistan, or any other country to which the United State has embargoed goods; or (2) anyone on the Unites States Treasury Department's list of Departments table of Deny Orders. DropYours.com does not authorize the downloading or exportation of any software or technical data from this site to any jurisdiction prohibited by the United States Export Laws.
    
9. Reference with in the Site to any specific commercial products, process or service by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, or otherwise, does not necessarily, unless specifically stated, constitute or imply its endorsement, recommendation, or favoring by the site, DropYours.com or any of its writers or anyone affiliated with the company or site and shall not be used for advertising or product endorsement purposes.
    
10. You agree to indemnify and hold DropYours.com and its subsidiaries, affiliated, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonably attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another.
     
11. DropYours.com reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service by updating and posting without notice to you. You are bound by any such revisions.
     
12. The Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and DropYours.com and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and DropYours.com. The Terms of Service and the relationship between you and DropYours.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict with law provisions. You and DropYours.com agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Palm Beach, Florida. The failure of DropYours.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Service remain in full for and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or Terms of Service must be filed within (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
